Not Good August 2, 2010 tissetass I'd read good reviews about these scales and decided to give them a go, however I don't think I've had one consistant reading from them.
It's been difficult to get a real gauge in our house with slightly bendy laminate flooring but I decided to take them to the garden the other day and experiment with them on unmovable concrete!I weighed myself 11 times and all but once got a different reading depending on where I placed my feet and how straight I was standing up! My weight varied a total of 1.4 kg during my experiment. Not what I'd class as good scales. Am about to go online to attempt to get a refund.
Digital glass bathroom scales July 21, 2010 hoolio Had them for over a month and they are working fine. I am too heavy for the other ones we have in the house but my partner uses both and they show her weight within 2lbs of each other. My weight is around that I expected. I have had no problems with them at all, although thank you to the previous reviews for indicating that the switch to change the units (kgs, stones etc.) is in the battery housing - not mentioned in the instructions.
I have only used them on a hard floor so no idea how they perform on soft carpet. I have not had the problem reported by another reviewer of the weight changing if used again straight away. Your weight fluctuates during the day anyway but the scales have always shown my weight to be about right.
Very accurate...unfortunately May 20, 2010 evertheoptimist (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
A very stylish product, lightweight ( no pun intended ) and unfortunately, extremely accurate.
Seeing my weight flash up at me in pounds was too much to bear, so I hastily located the little switch in the battery compartment and re-set it to stones , which wasn't much of an improvement but marginally better than the former.
A good set of scales (too good) and very good value too
Nice Scales May 7, 2010 Boss (UK) Nice Scales and value for money.
Simple, clean, easy to use.
These scales are simple but do the job, and for the price tag they seem great value for money.
I would recommend.

Unfortunately we do not agree with the other reviews. The scales looked cheap and nasty. We have difficulty getting the scales to reset to zero each time, and they give a different reading + or - 2 lbs each time they are used, even when used straight away again!
